Find an occupied nest: made from 6 boards and 3 honeycombs, the hive itself does not create bees. Up to three bees can be accommodated in one housing. Leave the front side free and plant flowers nearby. Reference: Minecraft: bees.
During the day without rain, bees carry pollen; They hide at night and in the rain. The absence of flights at night does not in itself mean a breakdown of the apiary. To reproduce, give the flower to two adult bees.
Harvest at honey level 5
Wait for the drips and filled texture. Place a lit fire directly under the dwelling with an open smoke path. Prevent bees from landing on the fire: drown the fire in a hole and design a fence so as not to block the smoke.
Use shears on a full nest - 3 honeycombs will fall out; the bottle will be filled with honey. After one collection the stock will be empty. One collection of honeycombs is enough for one new home; honey block and beehive require different recipes.

Move bees inside their nest
Wait until nightfall and the return of the inhabitants. Break down the housing with a tool with Silk Touch, transport it and place it with an open exit. During a day transfer, the bees that have flown away will not automatically end up inside the block.
After installation, check on the next clear day: bees go out, visit flowers and return. The smoke is calming when collecting the product, but does not make destroying the nest with common tools a safe method of transportation.
