First Find: Four Actions
- Read the full name of the goal. Oak logs, oak planks and hewn oak logs are considered different materials.
- Hold the compass in your dominant hand. RMB over the air will repeat the prompt, including the target altitude; the direction leads to a convenient instance.
- Go to the desired block and right-click directly on it. There is no need to destroy it or remove a similar item from your inventory.
- Wait for the discovery message and read the next objective. Repeated clicks on the previous block do not add points.
Landmarks help more than following an arrow
There are twelve districts with recognizable buildings on the 250×250 block map. Look for coniferous wood at the sawmill, ice at the grotto, and ore in the quarry. For bookshelves, check the archive: some of the materials are inside buildings and on balconies.
The compass shows one convenient object, but matching decoration of the same type elsewhere on the map also counts. The height hint is useful if the arrow leads to a wall: check the floor above or the passage under the rock. There is a dry observatory in the coral zone; There is no need to look for a real underwater cave.
If the block is not counted

Break and record
Enter /blockhunt leave to return to spawn. Repeated /blockhunt join will continue the personal search; you are not required to find all 600 prepared targets in one run. /blockhunt top opens a cumulative rating.
For a failed error, send /report with the current block name and coordinates. A screenshot of a texture without a name does not help distinguish similar materials.
